I recently received a call from someone inquiring if the Biomat® can be used with a Far Infrared Dome.

I contacted Richway directly to confirm that this would be okay as I didn’t want the Biomat® to get damaged or overheat.  Richway has confirmed that the Biomat® can be used with a Far Infrared Dome on top.

The person was interested in the Biomat® because they didn’t want to have to turn over inside of the Far Infrared Dome.  I can understand why, because it would likely be difficult to do.  However, my initial thought is why buy both the Biomat® and the Infrared Dome?  Save money and just purchase the Biomat®!

The Biomat®’s far infrared rays penetrate deep into the body.  You can easily turn over on the Biomat®.  I would just turn the Biomat® up to the highest settings for a sweat session, turn over part way through and enjoy the detox benefits, plus the relaxing feelings from negative ions and the soothing amethyst crystals.

From the Portable Far Infrared Domes I reviewed, it appears to be a 1 foot long section that costs $800 US.  Plus, the far infrared rays only penetrate about 2 inches into the body.

You can get a full body Professional Sized Biomat® for $1,695 US.  Plus, it’s convenient to use (you can even use it while you sleep), and easy to store (most people leave it on their bed, but you can store it in the carrying case that it comes with).

If you are considering purchasing a Portable Far Infrared Dome, I would highly encourage you to look at the Biomat® first.  You may discover that the Biomat® meets your needs better and provides additional health benefits.

If you decide that you’d like to use a Far Infrared Dome with a Biomat®, I recommend the Professional Sized Biomat®, as it will give you head to toe exposure to far infrared rays.
