Liv Healthy™ is an official Independent Sales Associate for Richway and Fuji Bio. Liv Healthy™ is based in Toronto Canada, and, all orders are processed through Richway and Fuji Bio’s North American head office, which is in Honolulu, Hawaii, USA.
All of these items are shipped from Richway’s distribution centre in Illinois, USA:
Biomat®, Orgone Bio mat™, Alkal-Life 7000sL™, Bio-Belt™, Rejuvena™ Premium, Amethyst Pillow, Quantum Energy Pad®, Detoxi Salt™. This allows for prompt delivery anywhere in the United States and Canada.
Waterproof covers are shipped separately from Hawaii.
All orders are processed in US dollars.
Your order will arrive within 7-14 business days (this does not account for time orders may spend in customs for Canadian orders). Expedited shipping is available within the continental US to receive delivery within 3-5 business days. Although some orders can arrive more promptly.
Orders are delivered via UPS. And when your order has been processed, you will receive emails with updates on the estimated delivery date, so you can be sure to be home for your order’s arrival. Note: unless otherwise requested at time of order, a signature is required for all shipments from Richway and Fuji Bio.
Effective March 2018:
"All items shipped via UPS require a signature for delivery. If you are not available on the first delivery attempt, a note will be left with instructions on how to receive your order.
For Residential deliveries and where available, UPS may in its sole and unlimited discretion, after the first delivery attempt, deliver the shipment to a UPS Access Point® location, where such shipment will be held for pickup. Requests for subsequent delivery attempts are subject to additional charges which will be assessed to the consignee. Call 1-800-742-5877 (1-800-PICK-UPS) for assistance with subsequent delivery attempts. If the shipment is not picked up by the allotted time stated on the tracking information, it will be returned to our warehouse. A re-ship fee will be assessed to re-ship the item(s).
For other shipments, at the discretion of UPS, if you are not available on the first delivery attempt, a note will be left with instructions on how to receive your order. A total of three attempts are made before it is returned to the warehouse. If the shipment is in transit back to our warehouse and you would still like to receive your order, you will have to pay the shipping fee for those items to reship.

Duty & Taxes:
The Amethyst Biomat is a Class II Health Canada Approved Medical Device. This means that the Amethyst Biomat is exempt from duty when imported into Canada.
Canadian orders are subject to your local Provincial and Federal taxes, duty (except all sizes of the Amethyst Biomat are duty free) and a UPS brokerage fee. These (taxes, duty and brokerage fee) will be collected in Canadian dollars at the door by UPS upon delivery (they are not included in the charges when you place your initial order)
