How to order a Richway Products like the Amethyst BioMat® in Australia or New Zealand

You are ready to purchase a Biomat®, Alkal-Life 7000sL™, Rejuvena™ Premium, Amethyst Pillow, Quantum Energy Pad®, Detoxi Salt™ or any other Richway product and you live in Australia. We can help you to easily place your order.

First, here are a few important things to know:

  • You need to order a 220V model of the Richway products to meet your electrical needs.
  • The plug on your product will be different from the Australian plug, however, an adapter comes in the box with your product, so it will be ready to use right away (you do not need to purchase an adapter- it is included).

To order Richway Products in Australia and New Zealand, there are a few steps to help you understand what the final costs will be for your order.

You can also go directly to our online store to submit your order and we will contact you if any items ordered are not available.

Liv Healthy™ will provide you with a quote for your order for your review before processing your order.

We will provide you with the product cost and shipping in US$ (taxes and duty may apply, although the Biomat® is considered a medical device, so duty is not likely on this item).

Step 3
Liv Healthy™ will prepare your order form for your review and to submit to Richway.

With your approval, we will prepare an order form with the items you would like to order for your review to submit to Richway with payment.

Your credit card will be charged in US$ and converted by your credit card company into Australian dollars. The company that will appear on your credit card is Richway and Fuji Bio.

Step 4
Expect delivery 7-14 days after processing.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive your order within 7-14 business days, as long as there are no customs delays. You will receive email notifications with an estimated delivery date. Many items ship from the Brisbane, Australia distribution centre.
