Richway Products Refund, Return and Repair Policy

This section outlines Richway Fuji Bio's official refund, return, trade-in and repair policy, last updated April 13, 2018

Refund/Return Policy

Richway stands behind their products. We trust you will enjoy them. In the event that you discover that the product you order does not meet your needs, you can return it within the first 30 days for a full or partial refund (less shipping) as outlined below.

0-7 days from date of delivery 100% refund (less shipping- shipping costs are not refunded)
b)
after 8 days and up to 14 days from date of delivery returned for 70% refund (less shipping- shipping costs are not refunded)
c)
after 15 days, and up to 30 days from date of delivery, for 50% refund (less shipping- shipping costs are not refunded)
d)
after 30 days, no refund

All returned items should be packed in the same manner in which they were originally shipped to you. This includes manuals, straps, cords, etc. Products returned without a separate shipping box or without the original product box will be refused.


To make a return:

  1. Contact the Independent Sales Associate (ISA) who you purchased the product from (it's on your receipt). They will begin the process for you.

  2. Returns must be received by Richway's office wihtin 2 weeks from the date the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number has been issued. The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.

After 31 days, there is no refund or exchange.

REPAIR POLICY

In the event your warranty has expired and you are in need of a repair for one of Richway’s products, Richway & Fuji Bio offers a repair service for anyone who owns one of their products.

How long does the repair service last?

You product can receive repair service for each product’s serviceable life. If Richway determines that a product is not repairable due to unavailability of functional parts or the serviceable life of the product has expired, they will not be able to service your product. Trade-ins are an option. Trade ins are always an option for the life of the product.

What is covered by the repair service?

The repair service states the rate for which out-of-warranty products are repaired. This is subject to the serviceable life of the product and parts availability. See below for a list of parts and products covered.

Parts covered:

  • Biomat® / Bio-belt™ / Amethyst Pillow: Electronic components, heating element, top cover replacement, pillow (stone) wrap replacement and *carry case.
  • Orgone Biomat™:
    Electronic components, heating element, and **microfiber cover.
  • Quantum Energy Pad® (QEP) / Quantum Energy Comforter™ (QEC):
    microfiber cover, internal cushion, comforter, and pillow case.
  • Alkal-Life™:
    Main unit and accompanying parts.
  • Rejuvena™:
    Main unit, adapter, and USB charger.

** Covered for the first three (3) years only


What is NOT covered by the repair service?

The repair service does not cover any product which is damaged or malfunctioning due to causes beyond Richway's control including, but not limited to, repairs necessitated by operator or owner negligence such as:

  • failure to maintain the product according to the owner’s manual instructions
  • improper installation
  • accidental damage
  • damage from abuse, misuse, mold, mildew, bodily fluids and other liquid contact
  • rust or corrosion
  • and acts of nature

How to request Repair service?

  2. Ship your product to Richway securely. Do not include any carry bags/cases. Full details for the shipping address and labeling instructions will be provided by Richway.
  3. After your repairs are complete, Richway will contact you for payment, or you can include a check (cheque) with the shipment of your returned item. If it is convenient for you. You can refer to the repair/warranty chart below for repair costs, and consult with Richway for confirmation of repair costs.

Repair time is approximately 3 weeks from date of receiving your item for repair.

Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting of the revisions on the RichwayUSA.com website.. You are responsible for reviewing the notice and any applicable changes.
