How to order Richway Products, like the Biomat® Internationally

You are ready to purchase a Biomat®, Alkal-Life 7000sL™, Rejuvena™ Premium, Amethyst Pillow, Quantum Energy Pad®, Detoxi Salt™ or any other Richway product. We can help you to easily place your order almost anywhere in the world!

First, here are a few important things to know:

  • Be sure to select 120V or 220V model of the Richway products to match your electrical outlets. If you order the wrong model, you will require a step-down or step-up electrical converter to use your product.

Here’s the process to place your international order outside of North America and Europe.

Tell us which Richway Products you are interested in.

If you are interested in a Biomat®, you can subscribe to our newsletter and download the Biomat® Size Guide to understand what questions to consider as you assess what models are the best fit for your needs.

You are also welcome to contact Jennifer at Liv Healthy™ for personalized service. She is available by phone, Zoom (upon appointment) or email.

Liv Healthy™ will request a shipping quote for the products you are interested in. (You will need to provide your complete address including postal code to get an accurate shipping quote).

To order Richway products internationally, there are a few steps to help you understand what the final costs will be for your order.

Visit our Online Store to submit your address and the items you want to order. Liv Healthy™ will provide you with a quote for your order for your review before processing your order.

We will provide you with the product cost and shipping (taxes and duty may apply, although the Biomat® is considered a medical device, so duty may not apply on this item).

Pricing will be in US dollars $. Import fees such as customs, duty tax, VAT, brokerage fees and any other additional fees for delivery are responsibility of recipient.

Step 3
Liv Healthy™ will prepare your order form for your review and to submit to Richway.

With your approval, we will prepare an order form with the items you would like to order for your review to submit to Richway with payment.

International orders can be processed through bank wire transfer. In some cases, it can be processed through a credit card.

All transactions will be in US$ and converted by your credit card company/bank into your local currency.

Step 4
Expect delivery 14-21 days after processing.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive your order within 14-21 business days, as long as there are no customs delays. You will receive email notifications with an estimated delivery date.
