I’ve been receiving phone calls and emails lately asking about whether or not I offer a 60 or 90 day risk free trial of the Biomat®.  I tell the inquirer, that I offer what Richway, the company that manufactures the Biomat®, provides to everyone who orders directly from them: Full product refund within 7 days of receiving the Biomat®.

So, how are other websites offering 60-90 days of free trial?

They are selling you a product that is either used, or new, and still in the box, but without warranty.  So while it may be wonderful that you get to try the Biomat® for 60-90 days to see if it is right for you, you need to ask the question: what happens if I have a problem 6 months or a year from now?  How do I get my Biomat® fixed?

The company may tell you that they will provide you with the warranty – here are two things to consider with that:

• This will add on to the repair time, because you will have to ship it to them and they will have to ship it to Richway for repair…. and then it will be delayed on the return too, so what would normally take 3 weeks to resolve will now take 6-8 weeks to get fixed.
• How long has this company been in business?  Will they still be able to provide you with service when you need it?  Richway will be, but if they don’t have you as a customer on their warranty records, then you will have to pay full price for any repairs.

I completely understand that it is nice to have the extra time to decide if the Biomat® is right for you.  I simply want you to have the complete information so you can know what any potential future costs could be when you are making your decision.
