Why does the Red Light Flash on my Mini Biomat® Controller?

red light alert Mini BIoMat

You’ve just received your Mini Biomat® 7000 Mx Biomat® and it’s not working properly!

There is this red light flashing and you don’t know what to do.  If the red light next to the 158F temperature is flashing and the other temperature lights are not lit up, it is easy to fix!

I’ve got good news!

99% of the time, the red light next to the 158F temperature flashes simply because the controller is not plugged in to the Bio Mat 7000MX all the way.

Push the plug in firmly, and all the way, so there is no gap, and the light will stop flashing and your Biomat® will function properly.

The easiest way to push the plug in firmly is to lay it on the floor, put one hand over the plastic part that is attached to the Biomat®, to hold it flat on the floor and use your other hand to firmly push the plug into the slot.  It will slide in more easily.

This typically works to fix the alarm light for all Models of Bio Mat – Professional, King, Queen, Single and Mini.

If you’ve already tried this and it still isn’t working, then contact the company that sold you the Biomat®.

They are your customer service contact for any problems or concerns with your Biomat® and will help you if you need to claim a problem through your warranty.  You’ll need your receipt with your order number (it begins with RI ) to make a claim.

If you purchased your Biomat® through Liv Healthy, you can contact me here.  I keep track of all of my customer’s purchases and can find your receipt if you are unable to find it.

my Biomat mini is about 20 yrs old. Today a red light that says “emi autointerceptor” came on after I accidentally leaned on the controller and I think it sent the temp up to the top. I tried to unplug & replug but same issue. Do you have any suggestions.
    thanks!
