These are some claims you may find on some Biomat® distributor’s website- but please beware….

Investing in your health is important, and it can also be costly. You may have seen websites or spoke to a distributor offering free shipping, on Biomat®s. Saving a few dollars can help, however, you need to make sure you are really saving money when you are looking for a deal on a Richway Amethyst Biomat®. Beware of people offering discounts and special bonuses when you purchase Richway products, unless it is a current promotion from Richway directly. You may not be buying from a reputable Richway Distributor, or you may be getting a fake Biomat.

Richway & Fuji Bio Inc. sets the price for all of their products. The only discount that Richway offers is a $100 discount for Health care practitioners, Emergency Responders or Military personnel or Veterans when they purchase a Professional Biomat®. A copy of the customer’s health certification or specific id or forms must be provided when the order is placed to receive the discount.

Once or twice a year Richway may offer a promotion, but this promotion has to come directly from Richway in order for you to be receiving a fully warrantied product.

Distributors (Liv Healthy is a distributor of Richway’s products), have no control over the prices set. Richway determines the prices for their products. All of Richway’s current offers are summarized on the Discounts section of my website.

How to know if you are getting a new full warrantied, authentic Richway Biomat

When you place an order it goes directly to Richway & Fuji Bio Inc. for processing.

You will see the charge on your credit card is from Richway & Fuji Bio, or you if paying by a cheque or Money Order it would be payable to Richway & Fuji Bio Inc. Your order has to go directly to Richway in order to get your warranty.

When you place an order, you should receive a copy of the order form with Richway’s logo on top. You will also notice a number that begins with RI at the top of the form. You need this number for any warranty or repair work through Richway, or if you decide to trade your Biomat® in for a new product later (in 2020 you get 30% of the purchase price as credit towards a new product).

To ensure that all Richway Distributors are able to best serve their clients, Richway has a policy that prevents distributors from offering any bonuses, deals, or specials, when they purchase the Biomat® (keeping it fair for all distributors).

If a distributor is selling Biomat®s on websites like eBay or is offering discounts or bonuses they risk losing their distributorship, and will no longer be able to represent Richway products. This means that if you have questions, or need additional support, there is a chance that that company will no longer be able to provide you with support because they are no longer a distributor.

If you decide to purchase a Biomat®, I encourage you to work with a distributor that is honest and that you can trust.
