It happened again yesterday.  I spoke with a super sweet woman who recently purchased a Biomat® from another distributor. She had just received the Biomat® a few days ago and she had questions.  She reached out to me for help, as she had no idea who else to contact- she did not know who her distributor was.

I’m happy to help her, it was easy; however, it just goes to show that not everyone believes in the same level of customer service to follow-up with their clients.

I contact all of my clients to thank them for their order and send them a comprehensive information package to help them get started.  I have created several videos that explain how to use and care for their Biomat®.

I also follow-up with them when I see that they have received their Biomat® and again 1 month later to make sure they are enjoying their experience. It’s important to me that my clients are happy with their choice and that they are getting the most out of their Biomat® experience.  And my customers appreciate my customer service:
