In the last few weeks I’ve received several emails asking if you can use the Biomat® while wearing clothes. And the answer is yes.

It is best for you to wear clothes made of natural materials like cotton, silk or linen. Synthetic fibers creative positive ions and can counteract and the negative ions emitted by the Biomat®.

You can use a comforter that has synthetic materials on top of you, however, again you will get the most benefit with a blanket made of natural material like cotton, wool or down.

You can use the Biomat® naked or nude if you like. Be sure to use the cotton cover that comes with the Biomat® to keep it cleaner longer.

And if you are wondering if you can enjoy intimate time with your partner while on the Biomat®, yes you can. You do not need to remove the Biomat® from your bed, but it is recommended that you use the cotton cover that comes with it to keep it cleaner longer.
